Faye Reyes-Putich - California
In 2010, I heard of HOT HULA fitness being offered at 24 Hour Fitness in Huntington Beach, so sight unseen, I bought a membership from Costco and started my fitness journey.  I have no dance background, and at the time, I definitely did not have a fitness background, but I've always wanted to learn and dance Hula and Tahitian.
Now, I'm 20 lbs. lighter, a few inches smaller, and I've made so many precious connections just from teaching HOT HULA fitness!  I'm very proud to be part of a unique family of instructors, and very thankful for Anna-Rita Sloss for creating this fun, calorie burning and core intensive format!

Megan Ewell - Utah

I first found out about HOT HULA fitness® in 2012 at a dance fitness event in Orem, Utah. Area Manager/Master Trainer, Lisa Loomis, lead the HHf section and announced that they were having an Instructor Training in a few weeks with the creator, Anna-Rita Sloss. I was 18 years old at the time and had just graduated high school. I decided to go for it since I had a love for Polynesian dance and loved dance fitness.

Five years later, I'm now an Area Manager for Utah County and am still in love with HOT HULA fitness® because it is so fun and kicks my butt every time. This journey of mine has pushed me outside my comfort zone, has taken me to new places, and introduced me to many dear friends I call my sisters. And the journey still continues...

Vernetta Moye - Arizona
Talofa lava! Greetings! Aloha! My name is Vernetta Moye and I am one of the Area Managers for the of Arizona. I am a wife and momma embracing my passion of fitness. My journey with Anna-Rita Sloss Enterprises, LLC started in 2010 when I became a HOT HULA fitness instructor. After viewing a video a friend shared showcasing HOT HULA fitness, I had a strong desire to teach this format that looked fun and challenging. Not to mention, this format helps me share my Polynesian culture through fitness. HOT HULA fitness made me a better group exercise instructor and changed the dynamic of my classes. Everyone entering my classes, whether it’s the first or numerous times, instantly become my family/ohana/aiga. HOT HULA fitness is not just a fitness format. It’s a worldwide movement that my fellow HOT HULA fitness instructor ohana strive for. One family. One goal. Share the love of this amazing format and the spirit of Ohana.

Katherine Riggs - Idaho

I am licensed to teach several group exercise formats; one of which is HOT HULA fitness® .  I started HOT HULA fitness®  Home Study Training 2 years ago and  was so impressed by what I was studying online that I decided to find the nearest Live Instructor Training and go further.  Along the way I’ve met some amazing people including the creator who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.

As an instructor, I’m dedicated to creating a joyful group exercise environment where we can have fun, forget your troubles and get into shape at the same time. Whether you are just beginning or enjoy some of the more advance levels, everyone has a special place in HOT HULA fitness.  Hope to see you on the dance floor with your Smile on your lips and Smile with your Hips.

Melissa Allen - Oahu
Melissa is a dedicated wife and mother of three active boys. Most days she was left with very little time to herself. Which left her to feel depressed and for a long time she lacked the confidence to begin working out on her own. Until she came across a HOT HULA fitness® video online. She was so intrigued that she decided to find a class locally. Melissa had never danced the hula before and was not very comfortable in a gym setting. But for the first time in years she decided to step out of her comfort zone and try something different & new. She walked into her first class and just let go. She felt so welcomed by the instructor and encouraged by members around her. By the end of the hour, she was hooked! Melissa was determined to learn about the program and find more HOT HULA fitness® classes to attend. After a year of taking classes the weight seemed to melt away. She was surprised by the difference in her body and the way it made her feel. It was the active change that she needed to balance her lifestyle at home.
Since then she has not only decided to take the HOT HULA fitness® Instructor Training but has moved up as Area Manager for Team Hawaii. She wanted to continue to inspire others in the same situation. She says, "The friendships, inspiration and unique style of fitness is what sets this format apart from others. It has changed my body and it has changed my soul."
