SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY





Shipping Policy

All orders received will be shipped as soon as possible utilizing digital delivery and/or the United States Postal Service.  A postage calculator is provided in the EStore during checkout.  Anna-Rita Sloss Enterprises, LLC will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner.  However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Anna-Rita Sloss Enterprises, LLC. If your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email.
 
International Orders
International orders can take up to 10 business days for delivery.  Recipient of order is responsible for any customs tariffs or other related costs.  Anna-Rita Sloss Enterprises, LLC cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The customs agency in your country may require you to pay fees before receiving your package.  If the package is seized by Customs Officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.  If a package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Anna-Rita Sloss Enterprises, LLC. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your Customs Office.
 
Return Policy

At Anna-Rita Sloss Enterprises, LLC, we work hard to serve you.  There are no returns, exchanges, or credits of digital products, CD’s or DVD’s.  Non-sale clothing and accessories may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase with tags, packaging, and receipt. Clothing items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn or washed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
