I've tried many types of workouts and therapies (I've done massage for 17 years, so probably some techniques people have never heard of) and I'm amazed at my improvement from HOT HULA fitness®.

When I was 16 yrs old I had a bad car accident that landed me in the hospital for a couple of days.  It took almost a year for me to walk normal.  Prior to the accident I was very active in dance and other sports, but because of my injuries I had to stop most of these.  I've had lingering hip and low back pain.  My rib cage actually shifted and is crooked. 

I've been taking HOT HULA fitness® regularly for almost a year.  At first my hips would bother me the next day, sometimes it was even hard to walk.  Now I rarely notice it, my low back pain is almost completely gone.  The biggest change of all though is that my rib cage is actually less crooked and my posture has improved.  I'm so excited that I found a way to workout that's fun, helps me lose weight and for the first time after trying many, many things the structural imbalance in my body has actually improved.  Thanks Anna-Rita.
