Hi I'm Victoria. This is my story.
I met Ken, a Master Trainer at Orange Coast College, in October 2010. He was invited to our adapted PE class to put on a demo. I hate to exercise but love to dance; I was so into this HHf. I joined, had a great time, and got certified. I stopped going for a little while. I gained weight, and my blood pressure went up. I was in danger of diabetes. So I started back, and now I go 3-4 times a week. This time, I’m changing my eating habits, too. It’s been one year since the change. I’m no longer on blood pressure meds, and my sugar levels are good. I'm down 58 lbs, from size 22 to 13. I feel so energetic. So healthy. I'm not at the point where I want to be but I'm going to get there. The best part is I LOVE HOT HULA FITNESS ! It’s fun, and everyone becomes ohana. Thank you for all the continued support, Anna-Rita! Remember what I said in your class? I said, “I’ll never be able to do it.” You said, “Oh, yes you will! I believe!”
